The Hammer Box came in as a design request from one of the many Facebook laser groups. Feel free to join the conversation with me here.

 

This is for the Hammer Box Blank only. There is no text or other design with the download so that each person can add their own customization. This is just the box assembly with Hammer cutouts. Sorry for the current lack of pictures, I posted quickly but I will be adding photos.

 

A super fun design meant to cradle a wooden hammer from Lowes. The hammer can be engraved a well as the rest of the box. The small square pockets are for some spare nails. Makes a great fathers day gift!

This is dimensioned for 1/8 inch material. I can make some small modifications for the material thickness if needed, by request.

Some additional material thicknesses that have been added by request:

.17 inches – I don’t have this size and have yet to receive feedback, but this should work fine.
.18 inches – I don’t have this size and have yet to receive feedback, but this should work fine.
.2 inches – I don’t have this size and have yet to receive feedback, but this should work fine.
.2105 inches – tested and functional
.22 inches – tested and functional
.25 inches – I don’t have this size and have yet to receive feedback, but this should work fine.

As you can see I am open to requests and can turn them around pretty fast.

If you don’t want to sand, and you want to avoid laser and smoke marks, I would highly recommend  https://amzn.to/3epaUvY #ad I recently purchased  https://amzn.to/3Nt9d0E #ad as well. It doesn’t adhere quite as well but it is one of only a few 12 inch wide rolls I could find. I like it so far because of how easy it is to get off.

 

If you want to make gluing a lot easier I recommend  https://amzn.to/3qxshSz #ad with  https://amzn.to/3IqnOHX #ad. It really helps!
